Juventus have appointed ex- Italy boss Spalletti to take the helm for the remainder of the campaign.
The experienced coach replaces the Croatian manager, who was let go post the Lazio setback last weekend.
Tudor arrived at the club in March to replace Thiago Motta but exited following a seven-month stint after an eight-game winless streak.
Spalletti led Napoli to the Serie A title in 2022-23 prior to assuming the Italy role, after the team's failure to reach the 2022 World Cup under former boss Roberto Mancini.
He secured their spot in Euro 2024 where they were knocked out in the last 16 by Switzerland.
Nonetheless, Italy dismissed Spalletti in June after a World Cup qualifying defeat by Norway, with the Azzurri at risk of missing out on a third consecutive World Cup.
He has previously coached Inter Milan, Roma, and Udinese in Italy's top flight and lifted the Russian league trophy twice while at Zenit St Petersburg.
Juventus were temporarily led by Massimo Brambilla during the 3-1 victory over Udinese on Wednesday placing them seventh in the Serie A standings - six points adrift of Napoli at the top after nine rounds.
In the Champions League, they sit 25th in the league phase, having lost once and drawn twice in their opening three matches.
